Doug Gerlach is the author of six books, including The Armchair Millionaire, Investment Clubs for Dummies, and The Pocket Idiot Guide to Direct Stock Investing. He was a consulting editor for Mutual Funds Magazine and has written for many magazines, including BetterInvesting, Individual Investor, PC World, and ComputerLife. As President of ICLUBcentral Inc. Doug oversees the development of tools for individual investors and investment clubs, including Toolkit 6 for Windows, StockCentral.com, and myICLUB.com. Gerlach is a popular speaker and educator at investor fairs and conferences around the country, and has spoken at events from Berlin to Honolulu.
Doug is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Investor Advisory Service, the award-winning stock newsletter published by ICLUBcentral. The Investor Advisory Service has been named to the Investment Newsletter Honor Roll of the Hulbert Financial Digest for three consecutive years, and is one of just nine equity and mutual fund newsletters to receive this prestigious accolade in 2012. Dennis Genord, MBA, MSF; Analyst
Dennis Genord is the Director of Education and Chapter Development for the non-profit BetterInvesting organization. He has been with the organization since 1999 and headed the development of its Mutual Fund Analysis Tools and related education programs. Dennis has been heavily involved in the development and implementation of the organization's Online Stock Selection Tools and educational services and continues to be actively involved with web-based investing services. He served as subject matter expert in the development of the "Building Wealth Curriculum" focusing on financial literacy and fundamental investment education and continues to train teachers using the Curriculum in schools across the nation.
Dennis has spoken at events including The World Money Show, Scottrade Elite User Summit and the American Association of Individual Investors (AAII). He has been quoted in a number of financial publications including: The Wall Street Journal, SmartMoney Magazine, BusinessWeek Magazine, TheStreet.com and featured on the public television series MoneyTrack.
Dennis received his Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University, and his Master Degree of Business Administration in Finance, Master Degree of Science in Finance, and Certification in Personal Financial Planning from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business.
